Manager, Administration - POSITION FILLED

Job Description:

Growing, full service Long Island based promotion marketing agency is seeking an experienced Manager, Administration. The Manager, Administration is an operational, in-house position focused on overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to service our clients and ensure business objectives are met.  Key responsibilities include policy and procedure oversight, management of marketing assistants, supervision of account executives, business development and organizational development.  Candidate must manage and train personnel, be able to multi-task, have a strong attention to detail and possess a service-oriented approach to business. Knowledge and experience with online and offline promotions a plus.  College degree and 5-7 years account management/client contact required.

 

 

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience on the agency or client side with direct hands on experience managing staff, policies and procedures.
  • Must be self-motivated, articulate and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.  Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and works with staff at all levels.
  • Must have demonstrated experience developing, implementing and refining policies and procedures to ensure both client and company business objectives are met.
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients and vendors.
  • Skilled personnel manager with proven leadership skills to mentor, coach and manage internal staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the promotional marketing discipline a plus.
  • Flexible, results-oriented team player.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
  • Fully accountable for all responsibilities of the job.
  • Work hours as needed.

Account Executive - POSITION FILLED

Job Description:

Growing, full service Long Island based promotion marketing agency is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Account Executive. Reporting to the Vice President, the Account Executive will work with the Vice President to develop, manage and implement promotional marketing programs, while ensuring that the clients' strategic objectives are met. Key responsibilities include client management, program management, administrative supervision, business development and organizational development. Candidate must have knowledge and experience with online and offline promotions, be able to multi-task, and possess a service-oriented approach to business.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience on the agency or client side with direct hands on experience managing promotional marketing programs.
