Scott operates from Strobe's West Coast office in Vacaville, California. With over 26 years of advertising, marketing & promotion experience, Scott's career began at the ABC Networks in New York in Affiliate Relations. In 1989, he joined Sims, Freeman O'Brien promotion agency (as Director of Information Services). Prior to joining Strobe, Scott spent over 16 years with his own retail franchise company. That company received the #1 rating in Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 and was rated 21st in Franchisee Satisfaction in SUCCESS Magazine's Franchise Gold 200.

Scott's broad experience, extensive knowledge and innovative viewpoint on retail marketing and advertising lend bring an out-of-the-box approach to the Strobe management team.
